UCML plenary business meeting and workshop on Language Graduates and the Challenges of Employability

Summary

The morning will consist of a plenary business meeting updating the membership on UCML activities and organisation.

In the afternoon, we shall have a number of short presentations from employers and employers' bodies (including the British Chambers of Commerce) followed by discussion.

By email to ucml@soton.ac.uk by 16th December to ensure sufficient tea and coffee catering and a suitable size of room

13.15 - 14.00 Lunch break
14.00 - 16.00 Employability workshop being held in the Clement House Lecture Theatre, Clement House

Please follow these directions to find the Graham Wallas Room:

1) Go to main entrance of the LSE located in the Old Building
2) Take the lift to the fifth floor.
3) Go through the double doors leading to the Senior Dining Room, then go through this into the Senior Common Room, and then go through this through the doors which lead to a small corridor at the end of which is the Graham Wallas Room.

If you do have to go to the reception desk, please ask for the LSE Language Centre event
